Letter from Father Chambers

My dear friends in Christ:

As the 2016 year comes to a close, please know that I am happy and thankful for all that you do in support of the Willwoods Community throughout the year. We are blessed by your generosity, financial gifts and time spent attending and volunteering at our retreats, prayer breakfast, gala and other fundraising events. I always look forward to these gatherings and seeing both old and new friends sharing the good news and good works of the Willwoods Community. Each day, our ministries of Affordable Housing, Faith and Marriage, WLAE, and TheDailyMass.com seek to bring God’s grace to the many in need. I recently received a letter from a homebound viewer of the mass on WLAE. She was so appreciative for the televised mass as it was her only connection to the church and faithfully watched every day.

Each day our ministries of Affordable Housing, Faith and Marriage, WLAE and TheDailyMass.com seek to bring God’s grace to the many in need. I recently received a letter from a homebound viewer of the mass on WLAE. She was so appreciative for the televised mass as it was her only connection to the church and faithfully watched every day. As she wrote, “without the mass on TV, my spirit is empty.” This is truly our mission of prayer and service in action. It gives me great joy seeing God’s love in all the work that we do.

As you prepare for the holidays and making plans for your end of year giving, please prayerfully consider a contribution to our efforts at the Willwoods Community. Your financial donation helps sustain our mission to be – Rooted in prayer and United in Service.

I pray that you and your loved ones will have a blesses Christmas season and a prosperous, healthy and happy 2017!

Every Devotedly in the Willwoods Community,

Rev. Tom Chambers, C.S.C., Ph.D., President
